This application aims to make known to visitors of the wine fair in Vila Alva its wineries and a selection of small producers of great wines.On the 13th of May 2023, visitors will have the opportunity to taste the wines in the typical environment of the traditional cellars of Vila Alva, some of which are only open to the public on this day.With the organization of this event, the XXVI Talhas project aims to raise awareness of the region and, in particular, Vila Alva, a typical Alentejo village with a long tradition of producing talha wine.The aim is for the visitor to feel the hospitality of the Vilalvenses, to perceive the scale and genuineness of this local tradition with a focus on promoting sustainable tourism.With the selection of small but high quality wine producers, an attempt is made to bridge the gap between these and the typical high quality wine produced by small local producers.
